Secured grant funding for two Flutie Foundation playground communication boards at Boston-area elementary schools, supporting ABA and multiple disability programs while creating inclusive outdoor communication spaces that promote accessibility, participation, and meaningful interactions for all students.
Developed and evaluated a non-standardized assessment toolkit to support school-based speech-language pathologists conducting bilingual and multilingual evaluations. This research examined clinician confidence, implementation feasibility, and practical use with culturally and linguistically diverse students.
Supported participant recruitment and administered English-language assessment components for an NIH-funded research study developing and validating assessment tools to identify Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) in Vietnamese-speaking children across culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
Developed multilingual family training videos in collaboration with the Boston Public Schools Mainstream Team for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing (MTDHH) and Northeast Metro 916 Intermediate School District, expanding equitable access to hearing technology education for culturally and linguistically diverse families.
